Diaspora Kitchen is a rendez vous for exchanges and promotion of African culinary art.

The First edition engendered a global platform for cooperation between Top Chefs of the Diaspora.

DK is a booster for the preservation, standardization andcodification of Culinary Art processes. DK offers business opportunities through workshops, exhibitions, colloquiums, displays, representation and training of the African culture.

Besides, it is also a profound vision that involves tourism and health institutions. it also concerns regional local authorities, diplomats, consular chambers and other specialized training and catering centers. DK assists in the enhancement and development of the cultural and tourism industry.

Finally, this initiative, among others, aims to promote ecological development, tourism and a return to one’s roots.
